Burst Water mains – Top Row area

The water mains on the B1113 has burst on several occasions in the last 3 weeks near Stayre House. Anglian Water have been out and effected repairs over a few days each time requiring the use of traffic lights to control vehicle flow along the road.

This is the visible impact. What we do not know is how many parishioners have been affected and what the impact was. If you have been affected please let the Parish Council know via info@wreningham.org.uk

Have your say on Church Road development

The property company behind the Church Road development of ten homes in Wreningham is to hold an open consultation for local residents on August 19.

Julian Wells of FW Properties has invited local residents to view the proposed development of ten new homes on Church Road, Wreningham and give their views.

The site has been identified by South Norfolk Council as their preferred location for new homes in the village as outlined in their draft Local Development Framework Strategy.

The developer is holding a consultation event at the Bird in Hand in Wreningham between 4pm and 8pm on August 19, 2015 when local residents are invited to view the plans and to make any comments they wish on the proposals.

Mobile Library visits to Wreningham in 2015

The Mobile Library visits the Parish and stops at two points in Top Row: Stevens Lane and near Beech Tree Cottage, see the route in Mobile Library schedule.

If you live in another part of Wreningham and would like the Parish Council to negotiate with Norfolk Library Service for a nearer stop please let the Clerk know.

Hedge Cutting on B1113

The fence and hedges beside the Travis Perkins site and bordering the B1113 to the north of the Mill Lane/Top Row junction are being cut back. Consequently traffic on the B1113 is restricted to one lane which is being controlled by traffic lights. Please be careful as you turn onto B1113.
