Wreningham Heritage Group

The Wreningham Heritage Group was formed on 7th November 2018. It aims to pull together and preserve for future generations the many sources of historical information – oral, written, pictorial and filmed – about our village. We want to record the memories of some village born and long term residents as an initial project.  In addition we want to create an ongoing record of parish life for future generations. We will work with the school to involve the pupils in projects and activities.

In the meantime we invite you to share your ideas and thoughts, and to volunteer to help collect material to build a collection of our history. We intend to hold an exhibition in the village hall to showcase our work.

The Parish Council is supporting us with start-up funds.

Our meetings are open to anyone who would like to know more or to join as volunteers.
