If you wish to attend please contact the Parish Clerk for information on clerk.WPC@gmail.com The Agenda for the Parish Council meeting and associated papers are here: WPC Agenda 14 July 2020 and papers Come and meet your neighbours, old and new. ALL WELCOME Inside dining will be permitted - in main hall, side bar and patio Bar open from 5pm Note: Social distancing rules still apply. We'll place signage to help you on the night. After the Lotus Driving Academy has completed its activities, Lotus will be conducting some filming on the Test Track at Hethel. This filming between 1730 and 2030 involves a Lotus Elise. It will not be driven fast or hard and at speeds less than road speeds and only on the Test Track’s Main Straight. No full laps will be completed. The purpose of the filming is not to show the performance of the vehicle, so we expect that the noise from this vehicle on the track will be low. In addition, the nature of filming means that there is much waiting whilst specific shots are prepared, and as such the car will not be driven much either. Any questions or queries, contact ALASTAIR FLORANCE, GROUP PR MANAGER Note: COVID precautions required and applied. Track and Trace data will be asked of you and retained by the Clerk. Help to tidy your village. We meet at the Village Hall at 10am. We'll provide litter pickers and bags, but bring your own gloves. Bar open afterwards for a free drink.
