Third meeting of The Farthings Community Group
This meeting is about putting more meat on the features put forward from the last meeting – such as scale, location, relative placement, initial priority, possible implications for the draft S106.
Objectives:
1. Agree size, shape and location of each feature on the project list and plot on the plan.
2. Determine best route of paths through the space and to/around features.
3. Review options (if any); draft priorities for features
4. Consider specifications – (a) general; (b) S106 specific

The agenda
A chance to stock up the garden now that autumn planting time is here. There is likely to be a good selection of perennial plants and shrubs. This event includes “Table top” stalls, garden sundries and plant pots, and refreshments.
In aid of Upper Tas Valley Benefice expenses.

The Farthings is nearer to becoming Community Owned Land. The planning application is to be considered in August. So, we should start thinking about how we can deliver the hoped for community and environmental benefits.
You are invited to the meeting to help start the design and to plan for creating a community asset for us all to enjoy.
