Community Action Norfolk is working with Norfolk County Council and Insight Track on the Total Transport project. The initial pilot area includes the Breckland and South Norfolk districts, so if you live, work, or travel around these areas, we’re particularly interested in hearing from you.

As part of this project, this piece of research is being carried out to find out about your travel needs and how you access travel information.  Your feedback will be analysed and reported to Norfolk County Council in early August and will guide the County Council in designing a future travel information portal.

This survey will take around 10-15 minutes to complete.  Your views and opinions are greatly valued and will enable us to best meet your needs into the future. Please click here to take part.  The deadline for the survey is 10th July.

If you are a carer you are welcome to complete this survey on behalf of the person you care for.
