Norfolk Highways have advised that there will be Rolling Road closures between Mulbarton to Carlton Rode. This is to undertake road surface repairs along the B1113. (You may have noticed many white paint markings outlining repair sites on this road.) These are planned for overnight from 7pm to 6am. Diversions will be sign posted. See documents below for details.

NCC is to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the U76091 Ashwellthorpe Road from its junction with U78014 Mill Lane for 300m south-westwards in the WRENINGHAM to facilitate UKPN new connection works.
The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 9th to 13th January 2023 for the duration of the works expected to be about 5 days within the period.

A notice has been posted that work to relay overhead power cables in underground ducts is planned. This will mean that Top Row will be closed (with traffic lights?) from 17 to 21 September. See details here.

Anglian Water are laying in a new water supply and will be closing Mill Lane from the Playing Field to just past the Village Hall. The works are expected to last from 13 to 16 February. Please advise those who need to know about this so they can amend their travel plans accordingly.

We have received notification from NCC that the road though Top Row will be closed from 15 January to 18 February. This is to enable work to replace the water main through Top Row to go ahead.
As yet we do not know precisely what this means for residents in Top Row and will seek clarification in the next few days. Will Top Row residents make sure they and their neighbours are aware of this planned closure.

NCC have advised that works to make a water connection to the two house building site will close Church Road for 3 days, from 17th May to 19th May inclusive. The exact closure is for 143m from Ashwellthorpe Road junction. Here are the announcements from NCC:
