CPRE appeal regarding legal costs

The Parish Council received the letter below from CPRE. Our Grants Policy precludes making donations to organisations that do not directly benefit the parishioners of Wreningham. However, we thought that there may be parishioners who would be interested in this appeal. Please see the details in the letter.
