Yoga classes combining yoga principles/philosophy, pranayama (breath work) and asanas (postures) to target areas which equestrians over/under utilise when riding and working with horses
All welcome (even if not a rider) – all can benefit form yoga! No experience necessary
One hour class with savasana (final resting posture) at the end. This is the most important pose of the practice, so please do not leave before.
Please bring your own mat (I have only a few spares) and some drinking water.
£5 per session; drop-ins welcome.
